Cancellation Policy

Eligibility Requirements To rent a vessel from TideVault Boat Rentals, the renter must: Be at least twenty-five (25) years of age. Present a valid government-issued photo ID. Possess a valid credit or debit card in their name. Meet all applicable Florida boating laws and education requirements. Provide accurate and complete information during the booking process. TideVault Boat Rentals reserves the right to approve, deny, or cancel any reservation for safety, insurance, operational, or policy-related reasons. Reservations & Payments Reservations are not confirmed until payment has been received and booking approval has been granted. All rental rates, deposits, fees, and available services are subject to change without notice. The remaining balance, if applicable, must be paid prior to departure. Authorized Operators Only the renter and any operators approved by TideVault Boat Rentals may operate the vessel. The renter is responsible for ensuring the vessel is operated safely and in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, and rental policies throughout the rental period. Navigation Limits The vessel may be operated within Florida inland, bay, intracoastal, and coastal waters. Offshore operation is permitted up to a maximum distance of twenty-five (25) nautical miles from the nearest shoreline, weather and sea conditions permitting. The vessel may not be operated outside the State of Florida, in foreign waters, or in the waters of the Bahamas without prior written approval from TideVault Boat Rentals. TideVault Boat Rentals reserves the right to restrict navigation areas due to weather, sea conditions, vessel limitations, safety concerns, or regulatory requirements. Passenger Capacity The vessel may not exceed the manufacturer’s rated passenger or weight capacity at any time. Alcohol & Drug Policy Operating a vessel while under the influence of alcohol, illegal drugs, or any substance that may impair judgment or safe operation is strictly prohibited. TideVault Boat Rentals reserves the right to refuse departure, cancel a reservation, or terminate a rental if an operator appears impaired or unable to safely operate the vessel. Prohibited Activities The following activities are prohibited unless expressly authorized in writing: Reckless or negligent operation. Racing or speed competitions. Towing vessels or persons. Commercial use of the vessel. Transporting illegal substances or contraband. Intentional grounding or beaching of the vessel.
