- A security deposit is mandatory before vessel departure
- Fuel costs are the responsibility of the renter unless stated
- Operations are subject to weather safety decisions
- Zero tolerance policy for intoxicated operations or unsafe behavior
- Mandatory safety briefing and vessel walkthrough prior to departure
- All renters must sign a liability waiver and rental agreement
- Follow all designated Florida rental zones and boundaries
- Renter is liable for any damage, missing equipment, or late returns

Capacity & Booking
Each vessel has a designated maximum capacity to ensure your group enjoys a safe, comfortable day on the water. Please check your selected vessel for specific guest limits. Renter identification and a signed rental agreement are required for every booking. Depending on age, operators may need temporary boating certificates or boater safety cards.
Waterway Safety
Vessel operation must strictly adhere to the designated zones and Florida nautical boundaries. Intoxicated operation is strictly prohibited. Renters are fully responsible for the vessel, all equipment, and the safety of their passengers during the duration of the rental.
Weather & Deposits
Safety decisions regarding weather are at the discretion of management. Security deposits are confirmed before departure, and fuel policy will be reviewed during your mandatory pre-rental briefing and vessel walkthrough.
Final rental approval is subject to local weather, renter qualifications, insurance requirements, and vessel availability. TideVault Ventures reserves the right to cancel rentals for unsafe conditions.
